Here's an update from Fair week. Chelsey and Cowboy did pretty good for this being their first year at Fair. She got a bunch of ribbons. She's looking forward to next year allready!! She got to camp at the Fair grounds all week and get away from her brothers. We took Alex and Matt to the fair on Saturday. Of course it was the hottest day that week!! Alex and I went on a few rides while Aaron and Matt walked around and checked things out. Matt was having fun just people watching and smiling at everyone. Alex and I went on the Ferris Wheel and he saw the Monster Trucks. Aaron and him went to the Monster Truck show later that evening. Alex was in heaven!! He says he wants to drive them when he gets bigger. Lord help us!! He also got his "tattoo" and it lasted almost two weeks.

We went over to Grandma and Grandpa Miesuk's last weekend and had a blast. We all went to an old ghost town. It's called Mason and Alex was excited to see all the old tractors and houses. Matt just wanted to walk around and eat rocks. We got alot of good pictures with Grandma and Grandpa. We later went to Lost Lake and though it was too cold to go swimming, the boys and Grandma played in the water. Alex was hesitant but Matt went right on in. We saw alot of deer and got to visit alot with Grandma and Grandpa. Alex visited and played with Uncle Charles next door and didn't want to come home.

Chelsey is getting ready to head to school. She's a Junior now in High School. Scary to realize she's almost an adult. She's got her permit and ready to get her license. I don't think Aaron is ready for that though.

So it's official!! Matthew is a moose. He weighed in at 26lbs and is 30" tall at his 1 year check up. He was only in the 75% catergory. He has another tooth coming in. He has the top front four and the bottom front two and is getting the bottom left one. He might be getting his 12 month molars too but everytime I stick my finger in to check, he bites me. I am not playing that game anymore. He also started walking over the Fourth of July weekend. I hope to add the video of it here.

We ended up having to cancel Matt's 1st birthday party because Chelsey and I were sick that day. Because we are so busy on the weekends, we have not been able to rescedule it. Sorry everyone. I am working on it though.

Alex had fun at his "graduation" ceremony for his Karate belt. The karate center took all the kids to see the Kung Fo Panda Movie. Alex got to take his cousin Aiden to it. I was supposed to go with them, but ended up getting sick that morning. So "uncle" Chris took them. The three of them all had a blast. He is looking forward to spending the night at his cousin Austin's house this weekend. Alex is also looking forward to a camping trip we are planning in August. We hope to head over to Lost Lake for a few days and see Aaron's parents while over there. Alex really misses his Grandpa Ivan and Grandma Becky.

Chelsey finally qualified for Fair. Her and Cowboy will be competing at the Northwest Washington Fair in Lynden the week of August 11-16th. Her and her 4-H group will stay the week there. Anthony has been in Idaho for the a month visiting his dad, so she has been hiding in her room texting and talking on the phone. She also has a part-time job woking down the road at a stable. She's mucking stalls and odd jobs around the stables on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. She is also babysitting a couple of kids during the week for a couple hours each day.

Hopefully this is being checked out and keeping those informed that want to be informed. Let me know if there is anything I am missing. Thanks all and until we meet again............

Well, I know that this has fallen behind. I apologize to all that have actually visited looking for updates. I will try and keep this updated at least once a month. Here is a quick update on us all:

Chelsey has finished 10th grade and is now looking forward to getting her liscense in August. Hopefully she will qualify for the Lynden Fair this weekend. Let's all hope Cowboy is faster than last month!! She has a boyfriend, Anthony, and went to Meridian's prom.

Alexander is into Karate and wanting to go to school. However, he isn't old enough yet. So he will be going next year. He has been doing Karate since November and is at the Camouflage/white belt. He was a participant in the annual Deming Log Show this year. He was part of the loggers vs kids tug-of-war. He is the little guy in front wearing the red shirt. He loved it and can't wait until next year.

Matthew is almost 1!!! It seems like only yesterday he was born. He is growing like a weed. We go in for his 1 year check up on the 30th and will get his official weight and height then.

Aaron and I are still working like crazy. Life at our house is non-stop. I have a feeling it won't slow down for at least 18 years.

Hope you will come back to visit. Enjoy the photo's.
